1)      Roles: Actions & activates that person in a particular position is suppose to perform based of the expectations of the individual and surrounding persons.

2)      Family influence:it have a very direct impact on the consumer buying decision process

3)      Reference group:that group any group that positively or negatively effects a person’s values & attitudes or behaviors

4)      Opinion Leader: a reference group member who provide information about a specific thing. That interest reference group participant.
