Consumer buying behavior: Buying behavior of people to purchase products for personal or household use not for business purpose.
Level of Involvement: An individual’s degree of interest in a product and the importance of the product of the person.
There are 3 levels of involvement
1- Utilize response behavior: A type of consumer problem solving process use that might frequently purchase low cost items that required very little search and decision process.
2- Limited Problem solving: Type of consumer problem solving process that buyer’s use well purchasing products on special occasion or when they need to information about unfamiliar brand in a familiar product category.
3- Extending problem solving: A type of consumer problem solving process utilize when purchases unfamiliar expenses or infrequently bought products.
