Main industries of Pakistan:

1)    Textile industry:  It contributes towards exports, employment and foreign exchange. It contributes around 8.5% to GDP. Its employees 38% of total manufacturing labor force.  It contributes 60-75% of total merchandise exports. 
Major importers are USA, UU, UAE A and KSA.
2)    Auto mobile Industry: It includes vehicle and Cars etc. 
150,000 it creates employment. It’s growth rate is 40% per annum.
3)    Fertilizer industry: It contributes o.5% to GDP. Its growth rate is 6% per annum.
4)     Paint& Varnish industry: There are22 units in organized 
and 400 units in unorganized sector for the manufacture of this sector.
5)     Cement Industry: At the moment there are 27 cement units in the country.

6)     Home appliances Industry: Production of T.V, A.C, and 
Refrigerator has almost double in the last 3 years.
